Contributions

Any contributions you make to Tony's campaign are final. There are no refunds except where you accidentally contributed more than you inteded. In which case, you must bring the overpayment to our attention within 7 days of making your contribution.

State law prohibits making a contribution in someone else's name, reimbursing someone for a contribution made in your name, being reimbursed for a contribution made in your name, or claiming to have made a contribution when a loan is made.

Contributions or gifts to Tony Perez Cassino are not tax deductible. The maximum contribution is $2,750. Contributions from NYC residents up to $175 will be matched 6 to 1 by the NYC Campaign Finance Board. Corporate, LLC & LLP contributions are not permitted. Tony Perez Cassino is a 2009 candidate committee registered with the NYC Campaign Finance Board.
